EG Ministries, Inc., founded in 1982, is a Christ-centered, Bible-teaching ministry. Our purpose is to present the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord of everyday living to women and children, through girls’ club programs (preschool through high school), Bible studies, devotionals, and curriculum.
Matthew 11:28
As October draws near and we get into the full swing of school and work, are you setting aside time to rest in God? God wants
to bless us with peace and renewal, but it can be easy to lose sight of rest and time with Him when the world seems to constantly demand that we hustle and be busy. And yet, if God could rest after creating the entire universe, you too have the time to devote to spiritual rest if you trust that God will provide you enough time to also get work done! After all, according to Psalm 127:1, “Unless the LORD builds the house, those who build it labor in vain.” This season, we challenge you to reflect on what might be preventing you from spending restful time with Him. How might you adjust your priorities to make sure God is not second to your workload? When God comes first, our burden becomes light.
Looking forward to Summer Camp 2026
Summer camp in 2025 had a very “cool” theme—“Winter Wonderland!”
Decorations in the dining hall included a Christmas tree and also a Snowman. Each window was decked out with snow scenes. The Bible lessons emphasized “JOY” which included seeing “JOY” in all of the people involved in the Christmas story.
One night the girls did winter activities. They built snowmen out of marshmallows. They scooped ice pucks with snow shovels. They built snow towers out of sugar cubes. They had a snowball fight. And they took group pictures in a “snow storm” wearing or holding various snow items. It was a great week of fun and learning about Jesus Christ. The dates for next year are July 11-18, 2026. Any girls from grade 3 through 11 are welcome to attend. Call the EG office for more information.
Save the dates for this summer! July 12-18, 2026.

Women’s Get-Away Weekend
Treasure Worth Keeping” was our theme for the weekend. Looking in God’s Word we were challenged to Treasure Jesus; Treasure Humility; Treasure Love; and Treasure Joy. Everyone enjoyed the variety of activities from line dancing, to a prayer walk in the woods, to crafts, to a book discussion and just spending time with each other. It is a fun-filled weekend for women of all ages. February 20-22, 2026 are the dates for the next fun get-away weekend. The theme is “Back in the Day!” And we have lots of fun things planned to relate to that theme. Save the date and come join us for good food and fellowship with like-minded sisters in Jesus.
We invite you to join us next year, February 20-22, 2026. Please contact us if you are interested, or look for the brochure and registration form on our website in early November. www.egministriesinc.org
Looking forward to seeing you there!
I decided to work through the devotional book (gifted to each attendee) for this past season of Lent. These past 31 days (my) heart is full of treasures, and just in time to celebrate the greatest treasure ever found – Jesus our Savior who gave the ultimate sacrifice and then rose from the grave! From the bottom of my treasure-filled heart, thank you. Mary Jo
